Breakfast Freaks

I love breakfast, but I tend to eat breakfast for dinner more than in the morning. I normally always go for hash browns, over-easy eggs, and a bagel with a lot of cream cheese. Sometimes I get tired of eating the same breakfast, so it was time for me to find new and exciting breakfasts to try out. Here is what I found…

Lemon Poppyseed Scones:

  • 30 min cook time
  • 8 pieces

This has to be lemon heaven. Scones aren’t necessarily my go-to-breakfast but this looks too good to be true.

Calling all potato lovers, this dish you need to try. Pshh who doesn’t love a potato dish covered in cheese? All I need is to find a chef who will make it for me. Any takers?

Egg, Ham, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches:

  • 35 min cook time
  • 12 servings

Yummy sandwiches for when you have a sleepover? Or you can just eat all 12 too, I won’t judge.

Find the recipe:

Granola-Crusted Yogurt Fruit Tart:

  • 55 mins cook time
  • 8 servings

I didn’t forget about you health nuts. I can sometimes be healthy and eat something like this that is high in fiber and piled with fruit. As long as I can have a side of hash browns or bacon that is.
